What you're buying
Each price covers the purchased BotForgeOS v0.8.x software release and access to compatible maintenance and feature improvements published within that v0.8.x release line. We work on the bots weekly and release updates when ready, but not every individual bot will receive a new build every week. Future major-version upgrades, bespoke development, source code, and access to other products are not included unless separately offered.
Weekly development and updates
Purchasers can request access to the latest available compatible v0.8.x release using their original order email. Once the order has been verified, we can issue a fresh private link for an available build. Updates are supplied as published; we do not promise a particular update date, compatibility with every Windows/Microbot release, or permanent ongoing support beyond the supported version line.
Feature requests and U.S.-based support
We welcome feature ideas for supported bots and review each request for feasibility, maintenance cost and product fit. Feature requests are not guaranteed deliverables or paid custom-development engagements unless agreed separately in writing. BotForgeOS provides direct U.S.-based email support for basic installation, troubleshooting and update access, without guaranteed response times or 24/7 availability.
Requirements and risk
Intended for compatible Windows/Microbot setups. Review documentation before installation. Botting violates Jagex game rules and may lead to suspension or permanent bans. No guarantee of results, compatibility, performance, account safety, profitability, or uninterrupted use. Not affiliated with Jagex.
Payment and fulfillment
Payment is processed by a third-party checkout provider. BotForgeOS doesn't store your card details. Digital ZIP links are sent only after server-side confirmation of payment, expire in 14 days, and permit up to five download requests. Keep links private.
Refunds and issues
For a faulty, missing or incompatible download, contact hello@botforgeos.com with your purchasing email so the issue can be reviewed. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer laws and the circumstances of the purchase. Purchases may be suspended if a release is unavailable.
Responsible use
You are responsible for how you use the software and complying with laws, platform rules and third-party requirements. Do not use BotForgeOS to collect account credentials.
