PRIVACY POLICY.

BotForgeOS collects limited information from people who choose to apply for Cowhide beta access.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we store your email address, optional Discord username, selected experience level, optional comments, and the time you consented/applied. During review, we may also store application status and internal notes. We do not request game account credentials, game passwords or payment information.
How we use it
We use these details to assess beta applications, contact selected testers, communicate release information related to your application, and prioritize product feedback. New applications are also copied into a notification email sent to the BotForgeOS owner at codymannes1@gmail.com; notification status is stored with the application. We do not sell applicant information.
Feedback reports
Approved testers may submit Cowhide bug reports, steps to reproduce, version details, impact and improvement ideas for up to 45 days after their invitation. Reports are associated with your beta application and accessible only in the protected owner dashboard. We may email the owner an alert when feedback arrives. Please do not submit account credentials or private data.
Purchases and order delivery
When you purchase a BotForgeOS software release, we process your contact email, product, price, payment-provider session reference and private-download usage through Cloudflare D1. Card details are entered at the payment processor, not on BotForgeOS. Verified purchases trigger a download email. We retain purchase records to support fulfillment, disputes, refunds and applicable legal obligations. To request assistance or applicable privacy rights, contact hello@botforgeos.com.
Where data is stored
Applications are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for BotForgeOS. Cloudflare processes hosting and infrastructure data under its applicable terms. Technical security and abuse-prevention logs may be generated by Cloudflare.
Retention and deletion
Application data is retained while the Cowhide beta program is active and for reasonable follow-up thereafter. You can request access to or deletion of your application by contacting hello@botforgeos.com. Delete the database entry when handling a verified request.
Third parties
Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify that submissions are legitimate. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
